Food Fanatic's Chef, Jeff Bland shares a great recipe.
Maple Cider Chicken
4 Chicken Breasts
Salt and Pepper
Olive oil or butter to sauté
Apple Cider Vinegar
Preheat a sauté pan and add the oil or butter. Season the chicken and gently add to the pan. When brown on the first side, gently turn over and continue to cook on the second side. Add the maple syrup and cider vinegar to the pan. Continue to cook until the liquid begins to thicken, spooning over the chicken to baste through the process, and chicken is cooked through fully (internal temperature of 350 degrees).
Serve the chicken over a bed of lettuce leaves with a light vinaigrette dressing and include any of your favorite seasonal vegetables in the salad.
