Daytime Kitchen: Seafood Rolls

Food Fanatic Chef Jeff Bland shows Natalie & Brittany how to create these amazing seafood rolls.

Seafood Roll

Serves 4

4 Ounces Lobster Meat, cooked and chopped

8 Ounces Shrimp, cooked and chopped

4 Ounces Crab Meat

½ Cup Guacamole, your favorite recipe or prepared

2 Plumb or small garden tomatoes. diced

½ Cup Mayonnaise

Juice of one Lemon

Salt and Pepper

4 of your favorite rolls or buns

Mix and fold all of the ingredients together gently and fill into warm buns. Serve immediately with your favorite side.
