Daytime Kitchen: Breakfast Smoothies


Lisa Raum from the Southeast Dairy Association joins Natalie and Brittany in the Daytime Kitchen to talk about the importance of students eating breakfast. Here's the recipe to the smoothie:

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1 cup strawberries, frozen

1 banana, peeled

1 (5.3-ounce) container low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt

1/2 cup low-fat milk


Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
