Daytime Kitchen: Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes

Chef Randall Spencer is back from Blue Ridge Mountain Catering with a delicious Crab Cake recipe that you're going to want to try at home.

Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

2 lbs Jumbo lump crab meat

½ c Aioli

4 tsp Seafood seasoning

6 ea Scallions, finely chopped, ¾ of the green part

3 tbsp Fresh basil, chopped

2ea Large eggs

Salt & pepper

4 tbsp Fine bread crumbs

1 tbsp Canola oil

Directions:

Pick over crab meat, removing any shells. Set crab meat aside. Mix

together the aioli, seafood seasoning, scallions, basil, eggs, and salt

& pepper. Pour mixture over the crab meat and with your hands
