ROANOKE – Jenna Begley is back with a tasty bite-sized treat.
Cheesecake filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Graham crackers for garnish
Fresh ripe strawberries and blueberries
Using a knife hallow out the strawberries leaving a flat surface to sit on. In a bowl, whip cream cheese until it becomes fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract until incorporated. Top with graham cracker for garnish.
