Raspberry Melba pyramid
Cream cheede 1 1/2 pound
powder sugar 1/2 pound
vanilla 1/2 ounce
gelatin powder 1/2 ounce
orange juice 4 ounce
heavy cream 1 1/2 pounds
1 cup of raspberry melba
place cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a bowl.
paddle until smoth
bloom gelatin in orange juice.. melt in microwave
when gelatin mixture is cool but still liquid fold into cream cheese .
fold in whipped cream and raspberry melba
