Mango Salsa
(All ingredients diced and mixed in a bowl)
1 Mango peeled
1 TBL Garlic
1 TBL Shallot
1 TBL Red Onion
1 TBL Red Pepper
2 tsp Jalapeño
1.5 TBL Sugar
1 TBL Apple Cider Vinegar
1 TBL Orange Juice
1 tsp Hoisin Sauce
12 Cilantro Leaves
Pinch of salt & pepper
