Homemade Pie Crust Recipe

Recipe: 3-2-1 Pie dough
Yield: 3 pounds of dough (enough for 3 to 4 crust)
· All - purpose flour 1.5 lbs
· Salt ½ oz
· Butter 1 lb
· Cold water 8 oz
Variations: sub fats, sub ¼ flour for ¼ cornmeal, sub water for soda or better yet beer.
