ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - Dozens braved the wet weather to help save lives by donating blood. The Junior League of Roanoke Valley teamed up with Virginia Blood Services for an annual blood drive.
The event took place at the Grandin Court Baptist Church. Organizers said close to 100 people stopped by to donate. The annual blood drive has become a signature event for the Junior League of Roanoke Valley and a great opportunity for people to donate blood
