ROANOKE (WSLS) - Singers at Roanoke College are giving the gift of music for the holidays.
This is the choir's 30th year performing "Lessons and Carols of Christmas."

The event was held at St. Andrew's Catholic Church.
Singers performed popular Christmas carols like "Joy to the World" and "Come all ye Faithful."
Choir members are glad they're able to perform a free concert to the public.
"It makes me feel so proud at how big it's gotten that the community really responds to us as a college and that we're just not confined to Salem that Roanoke says hey this is a pretty cool event let's go out and see come college kids sing," Ann Trent, who is affiliated with the choir said.
