Woman killed in Bedford car crash

BEDFORD (WSLS 10) - Virginia State Police continue to investigate a deadly car crash in Bedford. 

The accident happened around 11:30 a.m. Sunday, November 30 along Route 608. 

Police said the driver, identified as Sharon Rows, 58,  ran off the road and struck a tree head-on. 

They say Rowsy was not wearing a seat belt during the crash. She was pronounced dead on scene. 

The investigation is ongoing.
