ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - A Roanoke County couple continues their effort making a difference for families who have lost loved ones.

Murray and Marlene Dalrymple just started another class of Grief Share and has room to add even more people.

It's a group that meets every Wednesday for 12 weeks.

The goal is to help families understand the stages of grief, just like the Dalrymple's learned after losing their son in an accident.

"I feel that when we lose a loved one it's like an explosion going off," Murray explained. "Everything is scattered, you can't think very well, and what you need is the weapons to deal with the grief."

Grief Share is free and meets Wednesday at 4 or 6 p.m. at First Baptist Church in downtown.
