RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Nearly two dozen conservation police offices have graduated from the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries' Training Academy.
The 23 graduates include seven law enforcement officers who took additional training to become conservation police officers. Sixteen officers attended the full academy to earn their credentials.
Virginia Court of Appeals Judge Marla Decker swore all 23 officers in during a ceremony on Friday at the Capitol.
