ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - The former Transportation Museum in Roanoke's Wasena Park hasn't been occupied for 30 years.

City officials say that will soon change. Developer John Anstey, who purchased the building in October, announced Thursday a grant from the City of Roanoke, and a new tenant who has leased the remaining space for a new business.

The new business will be a restaurant called the Green Goat. Officials say the folks opening up this restaurant also own the Wildflower Restaurant and Bakery at Towers Mall.

The new space is located at 802 Wiley Drive in Roanoke at Wasena Park, just off the Greenway.

Stay tuned on this developing story.
