The dairy farm is moving from Dairy Road to Kentland Farms at a cost of $14 million dollars.

The current location was completed in spring 2004.

The relocation is needed because of an expansion of the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center along Tech Center Drive and the expansion of the airport runway.

Virginia Tech says it will not affect dairy producers in Virginia.
