At 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 29, Thomas appeared in court where the Prosecution said Thomas admitted to using marijuana weekly since he was 17-years-old.

Abigail, the couple's infant daughter, was born with neonatal abstinence syndrome, which means she was born addicted to drugs. The Prosecution said the infant also displayed symptoms of this at the time of her examination, and it's unclear whether she had been receiving treatment.

The Defense stated there is no reason to deny Thomas bond other than the large media attention this case has gotten.
