COVINGTON (WSLS 10) - An empty, broken down vehicle was struck by a CSX train Sunday.
The Alleghany Sheriff's Office said it happened around 10:30 p.m. in the Moss Run area. Dispatchers at the office said the car broke down on the tracks. Everyone inside the car got out before the train came.Â
