An autopsy was performed at the Medical Examiner's office in Roanoke and the preliminary report lists Dhavan's death as a homicide.

Deputies were looking for 27-year-old Tovar - an associate of Dhavan's - to check on his well-being. Sheriff Lane Perry said his office believed Dhavan and Tovar were subcontractors for GTL Americas Limited, which notified officials after the pair were absent from work for several days. Tovar and the Dhavan were reported to have been staying together.

Anyone with information about Tovar or who has had any contact with him is asked to call the Henry County Sheriff's Office at (276) 638-8751.
