RICHMOND (WSLS 10 SPORTS) - Redskins training camp continued in Richmond Friday and it wasn't just the professional athletes testing themselves.

There was a lot of action on the field, but the fun off the field is where the kids and families really get to enjoy the camp.

The kids have plenty of options. They can see how they measure up to their favorite players, go bowling with over-sized pins and even run some routes.

And when all the fun makes you hungry, lunch at Redskins camp brings tons of options. If you're trying to cool down, Kona Ice or Dip n' Dots are there for you.

If you're into local foods, Croakers Spot calls themselves the soul of seafood. And Big Herms Kitchen serves up some big time grub.

Leanne Fletcher of Herm's Kitchen said, "everything that we have is fresh and we make it all ourselves, even down to the barbecue sauce and the buffalo sauce. The pasta salad - we buy the noodles from the store and that's it. Everything else we put inside of there is made homemade."

No matter your age or preference, seems like Redskins training camp has a little something for everyone.
