LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (WSLS 10) - The case against the man accused of leaving town with a Christiansburg teenager will not be prosecuted in Arkansas.

In a Little Rock courtroom Tuesday, the prosecutor decided not to move forward with a theft by receiving charge against 33-year-old Donald Quesenberry.

Back in January, Quesenberry was found with 16-year-old Aysia Lewis after a four-day search. Search warrants show the two had a plan when they ran off, after police say they met online.

Tuesday's move comes in anticipation of Quesenberry being taken to Illinois, where he will face the same charge, plus more severe charges. Until then, he will remain behind bars in Arkansas.

In Virginia, Quesenberry faces one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
