BEDFORD CO. (WSLS 10) -- A family is displaced after a fire destroyed a home and several other structures in Bedford County.

Bedford County fire crews received a call at 7:22 p.m. Sunday night about a structure fire on Trackers Lane, off Drewrys Hill Road in the Stewartsville section of the county.

When crews from the Stewartsville and Hardy fire departments arrived, they found several structures on fire including the house, a large shed and a camper.

Extended family members who were in town for a funeral were staying at the home, but no one was there at the time of the fire. Some relatives are being assisted by the Red Cross and others are staying with other family members.

Two of the structures are a total loss. Crews say there was minimal damage to the camper. Fire investigators are back at the scene to try to determine the cause of the fire.
