SALEM (WSLS 10) - Thousands of people made their way to "The Wall that Heals," a replica of a Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington D.C.. The exhibit has a list of over 58 thousand names of the men and women who sacrificed their lives during the Vietnam War.
Organizers estimate nearly 5 thousand people came to see the wall at the Salem VA hospital. The goal of the exhibit is to provide veterans a chance to grieve and also show appreciation for service members.
