NPR launches new science podcast, 'Hidden Brain'
WASHINGTON (AP) - NPR's newest podcast may help listeners think differently about the way they think.
"Hidden Brain" is available for download starting Tuesday. The 20-minute weekly podcast from science correspondent Shankar Vedantam aims to use science to explain human behavior.
NPR science editor Ann Gudenkauf says the goal of "Hidden Brain" is to give people insights to apply at work and in daily life.
NPR began producing podcasts in 2005 and now has more than 30 such programs. They are downloaded an average of 72 million times per month.
