MONTGOMERY COUNTY (WSLS 10) - A judge certified charges to a grand jury in connection to an accident in Montgomery County that killed a 3-year-old girl.
Austin S. Lilly, 25, of Elliston, Va., is charged with involuntary manslaughter.

Investigators say Lilly was driving a vehicle with three children inside when he collided with a Norfolk Southern train on March 25.
Blood tests show Lilly may have smoke marijuana four to six hours before the accident.
The grand jury will meet in January 2016. From there, a decision will be made about whether to move the case to trial.
