ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - A mental health treatment facility in Roanoke has a brand new facility.
Staff members at Roanoke Resource held a ribbon cutting Thursday to celebrate their new 10,000 sq. ft. facility on Campbell Avenue.

Coordinators said this was a long process, but now they're able to expand their outreach with the new location.
This bigger facility will help provide a variety of mental health services. And soon outpatient counseling will be available.
"I think no matter where you go you are going to find individuals who are dealing with some sort of mental health issue," said Clinical Coordinator Courtnie Sandras. "And to have resources that people can utilize is really vital to helping people become their best selves."
After the ribbon cutting, Roanoke Resource held tours to show off the new center.
