ROANOKE (WSLS10) - The Roanoke Valley SPCA kicks off its Home for the Holidays foster program. The program allows approved families to open their homes for about a week around Christmas so that adoptable pets get love over the holidays.
If you're interested in fostering a cat or dog around Christmas, pick up is open anytime between December 21-23, 2015 and return is open anytime between December 26-28, 2015.
