ROANOKE (WSLS 10) The family of a man who was killed by a forklift at the Elizabeth Arden Logistics Center files a lawsuit.
The $10 million lawsuit was filed against the Raymond Corporation of Greene, New York, the manufacturer of the forklift. The lawsuit says the forklift lacked certain safety features, resulting in George Demian's death last December.
