(ROANOKE) WSLS 10-- The end of the year is almost here which means tax season is coming. The Internal Revenue Service will start accepting tax returns on January 19th.

Local tax Accountant, David Kembel says there aren't a lot of changes in 2016 when it comes to filing your taxes. However, he says a few prior deductions set to expire are now permanent.
