PULASKI CO. (WSLS 10) - Ashley White's lawyer filed a 30-page document in court on Tuesday asking the judge to move her trial out of Pulaski County.

White is charged with child abuse and neglect in connection with the death of her son, Noah.

The 5-year-old son was found dead in a septic tank in April.

White's attorney, Kelsey Bulger, said in the brief, "Ashley White cannot receive a fair trial in Pulaski County due to the continuous barrage of highly inflammatory media reports that far exceed the standard of fair and accurate coverage."

The major television and newspaper outlets released a combined 415 articles and broadcasts about the case, Bulger said.

Bulger accused a handful of reports of being misleading or false.

The change of venue hearing is set for Monday, January 4th.
