Case of woman charged with killing three-year-old will go before a grand jury
FRANKLIN COUNTY (WSLS 10) - The case of a Franklin County woman charged in the death of a three-year-old boy will go before a grand jury. Hope Perdue is charged with second degree murder in the death of Callen Mullins who died while in Perdue's care.
Callen died in May 2015 from blunt force trauma.
A judge certified charges in the case Friday morning in Franklin County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
In addition to second degree murder, Perdue is also facing felony abuse and neglect of the three-year-old.
