One of three involved in deadly driveway shooting due in court

DANVILLE (WSLS 10) - A man who plead guilty to multiple charges in connection to a deadly shooting in Danville will be in court Friday.

Maurice Williams faces multiple charges including second-degree murder in the death of Bennie Sigmon.

Police say Sigmon was shot multiple times when we went outside to confront Williams and several other men who were trespassing on his property in June.

Police say the men robbed another home on the same street around that time.

Williams faces a maximum of 101 years in prison.

Another man, Kadarius Ferrell, has a hearing set for March. A third man, Evin Shaw, was sentenced in October.
