MONTGOMERY COUNTY (WSLS 10) - A Montgomery County woman charged with first-degree murder returns to court Wednesday.

Janice Widenor of Elliston was supposed to have a jury trial last month after police said 70-year-old James Austin was found entombed in concrete inside her home.

Austin's body was found inside an Elliston home where Widenor once lived.

It appears he had been dead for several years.

She was moved to Central State Hospital for mental health treatment at the request of the Western Virginia Regional Jail.

Doctors found her incompetent to stand trial.
