BEDFORD (WSLS 10) - Electric rates in the town of Bedford may go up again.
The town manager Charles Kolakowski says it's something the town's looking into as part of its budget.

He says the town wants to spend the money on major capital projects like their hydro facility on the James River.
Kolakowski says it's unclear how much of an increase customers will see, but it'll be minimal.
Electric rates have gone up more than 6% since 2014.
