CHRISTIANSBURG (WSLS 10) -- David Eisenhauer, the 18-year-old charged with first degree murder and abduction in the death of 13-year-old Nicole Lovell, has retained his own lawyer, according to the Montgomery County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.
He's now being represented by Anthony Anderson of Anderson & Friedman and John Lichtenstein of Lichtenstein Law Group, both in Roanoke.

Attorney Christopher Tuck was previously appointed to represent Eisenhauer.
His next court appearance, a preliminary hearing, remains scheduled for March 28 in Montgomery County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.
Lovell was killed on or about January 27, 2016 according to Commonwealth's Attorney Mary Pettitt.
19-year-old Natalie Keepers is also facing charges related to Lovell's death. She is charged with being an accessory before the fact to the first degree murder, concealing a body and accessory after the fact.
Keepers is also scheduled for a preliminary hearing March 28.
Both Eisenhauer and Keepers are being held without bond.
