3 charged in connection with meth bust in Christiansburg

CHRISTIANSBURG (WSLS 10) - 3 Christiansburg residents are charged in connection with a meth bust.

The Christiansburg Police Department and Montgomery County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at a home in the 1300 block of Rigby Street on Tuesday, March 8, 2016.

Investigators found multiple one pot labs and precursors used to make meth.

Police arrested Evonna Johnston, 29, and John Johnston, 58, on four felony warrants:

  • Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)
  • Felony Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine
  • Felony Sell, give or distribute 227 grams or more of Methamphetamine
  • Felony with Intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine Possess 2 or more Precursors

Both are being held in Montgomery County Jail without bond.

Regina Vest, 55, was arrested on one felony count of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and released on bond.
