FRANKLIN CO. (WSLS 10) The Franklin County woman accused of killing a three-year-old is charged with first degree murder.
According to online court records, Hope Perdue, was indicted on a first degree murder charge on Monday, March 7. She also faces felony child abuse charges.

A motions hearing is scheduled for April. A trial date is also expected to be set at that time. The charges against Perdue stem from the death of Callen Mullins who was in her care when he was found unresponsive by emergency crews.
