The family friendly event will include live music with two bands, food trucks and games.
Musician Adam Rutledge said he couldn't pass up the opportunity to support Susan G. Komen Virginia Blue Ridge.
"What we always like as a band Rutledge to help out anytime we can. And while breast cancer hasn't affected me directly thankfully, you know I got a mom a wife and daughters and sisters that I love very much so it's important to help any way we can," he said.
Breast Fest will take place from 5 to 9 pm.
