RADFORD (WSLS 10) - Multiple events will happen on Friday, April 22, to honor Penelope W. Kyle, J.D., who will be retiring in June after serving as Radford University's president since 2005. She is the university's first female president and sixth president overall
All events will take place at the College of Business and Economics building, now Kyle Hall, at the corner of Tyler and Jefferson streets on the Radford University campus.
