MONTGOMERY COUNTY (WSLS 10) - Montgomery County has finally found a buyer for the old Blacksburg Middle School property.
Fiddler's Green Partners is buying the property in a two-step sales agreement for total of $4.25 million.

Fiddler's Green proposal requires neither rezoning nor county involvement in the development process.
The county will receive $1.75 million at the time of closing and that money will go toward capital improvements at county schools.
