DANVILLE (WSLS10) - Folks in Danville will have an opportunity Monday to shred any old documents they want to destroy.

You can bring as much as you want and there is no charge. It's is a great way to safely dispose sensitive documents to ensure they can't be used to steal your identity.
"It's certainly easier to steal someone's identification or parts of their identification; banking records, date of birth, name, whatever. It's certainly much easier than it used to be," said Danville Police Department Lt. Mike Wallace.
