ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - Texas Roadhouse is hiring for all 160 of its full and part-time positions.
The 7,200-square-foot restaurant, located at 4435 South Peak Boulevard, began construction earlier this year and is expected to open June 20.

Once it opens, the restaurant will be open for dinner only Monday through Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
