MONTGOMERY COUNTY (WSLS 10) - Both lanes are now open after an overturned SUV on Interstate 81 South at mile marker 129 blocked them on Thursday morning.
Initially the crash closed both lanes of the highway.
As of 11:21 a.m., traffic backups were estimated at 5 miles.
