Charges certified against Rockbridge Co. Fire & EMS director Mitchell
ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY (WSLS 10) - The case against Rockbridge County's Fire and EMS director is moving forward.
A judge certified the charges against Brandon Mitchell on Wednesday, according to court documents.
The case now moves out of General District Court and into Circuit Court.
Mitchell faces four charges in Virginia, including forgery and fraud.
The charges stem from Mitchell's attempt to sell a 2016 Porsche SUV, without the consent of the bank, which holds a lien on the car.
Mitchell is on administrative leave pending an investigation.
