PULASKI COUNTY (WSLS 10) - The annual Claytor Lake Beach Festival is just around the corner.
Organizers say activities for Saturday's festival include a car show, face painting, fireworks and much more.
2016 marks the 19th year for the festival and park rangers are glad it's showcasing the beauty of the lake.
"It's a great feeling for us cause we get a lot of people out here in the community," said park ranger Dale Davis. "To fit 10,000 people in this small little park is quite an event and it just shows how much the community really means for us."
Organizers expect 15,000 people to come.
It costs $10 per car to get in, but you can get $5 off your ticket if you being five canned goods.
