BEDFORD COUNTY (WSLS 10) - A contractor for a hydro-electric plant in Bedford County discovered the body rescuers have been looking for since Sunday.
Crews returned to the scene Friday morning and recovered the body of the 29-year-old Grant Manukynats, from Alexandria.
Crews had been looking for Manukynats since he and a friend capsized on Sunday.
Conservation police say Manukynats was not wearing a life jacket.
