SMITH MOUNTAIN LAKE (WSLS 10) - A woman is expected to be okay after the jet ski was driving exploded on Smith Mountain Lake.
The Smith Mountain Lake Marine Volunteer Rescue Squad said the explosion launched the driver into the lake. Firefighters were on the scene within minutes to put out the fire. The woman was flown to Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
