ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - Roanoke's main drag will be lined with spectators as Star City Motor Madness rolls in later this week.
The 15th annual classic car and truck show will celebrate cruising, nostalgia and America's unique car culture starting Friday along Williamson Road. Hundreds of cars, trucks and specialty vehicles will take part.
Spectators will line the streets to watch but organizers say the event isn't just for show cars or antiques, anyone can take part in the cruise-in.
"No matter if your car is a pristine show winner or whether it's something that you feel is special and you have a special love affair with it, we want you to bring it out," said Tom Cox, co-founder of Star City Motor Madness.
Star City Motor Madness will continue Downtown Saturday with a classic car show showcasing 400 classic, muscle and specialty vehicles.
