DANVILLE (WSLS) - On Saturday at approximately 6:50 a.m. Danville Police responded to the 1100 block of Franklin Turnpike in reference to vandalism. Police say someone spray painted obscene language on the front of the building and several adjacent houses.
Church members and volunteers spent most of the day working to remove graffiti. Pastor Brian Martin said the vandalism is a sign of the times and he is thankful for everyone who stopped by to offer support.

Officers said several windows were also broken but no entry was gained. At this time there are no suspects and Danville Police continue the investigation.
