FLOYD COUNTY (WSLS 10)-- Students at Floyd County schools will be dismissed early on Tuesday, August 16, because of the heat.
This is the 2nd day in a row that the school has been released early.

All outlying schools, including Check, Indian Valley and Willis Elementary Schools, will dismiss at 11:30 a.m.
In-town schools, including Floyd Elementary and High Schools, will dismiss students at noon.
