DANVILLE (WSLS 10) - More than 3,000 people are without power in Danville due to an electrical substation going offline.
A crew is currently assessing the Bridge Street electrical substation, which serves more than 3,000 customers in the River District and portions of north Danville, Riverside Drive and South Boston Road.
